Field View shows what a PRD needs in the office: rank, tier, contact, last visit, next visit, focus, notes. Admin / Data View exposes the back-end fields (raw tier, websites, bio URLs, lifecycle) — use it for clean-up, not field execution.
Color tier is strictly derived from rank: Green = Rank 1–10 (4 visits/yr) · Yellow = Rank 11–30 (3/yr) · Orange = Rank 31–50 (2/yr) · Red = Rank 51+ (1/yr, distributed across all months) · Needs Review = no valid rank on file. A manual Tier Override (set on the Admin / Data View) takes precedence over the rank-derived tier.
Prospect Pipeline — Template (Empty)
Prospect data should be added only after the PRD verifies the Prospect List. This pipeline is a structural template — no current prospect records are loaded. Drive time is a manual validation field. This dashboard does not calculate drive times. If drive time matters for routing, validate externally and enter the result manually.
Columns retained for future entry: Prospect Priority (A/B/C) · Practice Name · Provider Name · Specialty · Address · City · Phone · Website · Manual Drive-Time Validation · Visit Ready Status · Notes · Assigned Visit Months.
Monthly Routes — Who to Visit, Where, in What Order
This is a static/offline dashboard. It does not sync with Referral Lab, Google Maps, Outlook, CRM, production data, or mapping APIs. Routes are built only from the data inside this HTML — visit months, tiers, prospect priority, Visit-Ready status, and city. Drive time is a manual validation field. This dashboard does not calculate drive times. If drive time matters for routing, validate externally and enter the result manually.
